A former convent building facility on Milwaukee’s East Side was split into a new two-unit condominium. Extensive Interior renovations were performed on the building’s interior to support the new residential use. Selective and discrete exterior renovations supported the new split occupancies. The project was on the Historic Register and carried a Historic review/approval thru the City of Milwaukee.
